Rotating Outages
The SPP has allowed us to return to normal load. All RCEC members should have power. If you do not, please call the office at 575-356-4491. Please remember to conserve energy as much as possible for the next few days. We will let you know if we are instructed to begin rolling blackouts again. Thank you to all of our members!
