Temporary Moratorium on Residential Disconnects

Pursuant to the Order issued by the Commission regarding their approval of a temporary moratorium on residential disconnects, RCEC will NOT disconnect residential members for nonpayment until after May 5, 2021 or until the moratorium is lifted/released.  RCEC encourages their residential members to pay their bills on time or to work out a payment plan if bills cannot be paid in full upon their due date.  RCEC will disconnect a residential service if there is an emergency that

With the rising interest and availability of the electric vehicle (EV), RCEC’s Board of Trustees has approved a new addition to our rebate programs.  We will be offering a $250.00 rebate to residential members of the cooperative for a Level II EV Charger.  Details are as follows:
